Warpethyx operates as a social entertainment system. All gaming modules within this platform utilize simulated currency with zero monetary value. Credits function as scoring mechanisms only—no deposit, withdrawal, or conversion capabilities exist within our architecture.

Section 3.0 — User Authorization

System access requires minimum age of eighteen (18) years. This parameter is non-negotiable. By accessing Warpethyx, users confirm satisfaction of age requirements. Verification protocols may activate at any time, and failure to validate eligibility results in access revocation.

Section 4.0 — Operational Conduct

Users must operate within defined behavioral parameters. Exploitation attempts, system manipulation, unauthorized access attempts, or interference with platform operations constitute violations subject to immediate termination and potential legal escalation.

Section 5.0 — Intellectual Assets

All system components—visual elements, audio files, game logic, textual content, source code—constitute proprietary assets of Warpethyx or licensed parties. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited and may trigger legal response.

Section 6.0 — Non-Gambling Declaration

Warpethyx categorically does not constitute gambling operations. Zero real currency flows through our system. Entertainment simulation only. Any representation suggesting otherwise is fraudulent and should be reported.

Section 7.0 — Service Parameters

Warpethyx deploys without warranty. Continuous availability, error-free operation, or feature permanence are not guaranteed. System modifications, suspensions, or terminations may occur without advance notification.

Warpethyx accepts no liability for damages arising from system usage. Direct, indirect, incidental, and consequential damages fall outside our liability scope. Users engage at own risk.
